Pourquoi on arrête les Gasolheads ? Parceque quatre ans, quelques 45 et trois LP ça suffit largement. On a bien rigolé comme ça, on a fait ce qu'on avait à faire, si tant est qu'il y ait eut quelque chose à faire… Et on a pas envie de faire plus de toute façon.
On va quand même pas préparer un quatrième album non ? On est pas Supertramp bordel !
On voudrait éviter de faire chier les gens avec de nouvelles directions ou une quelconque évolution… Pas qu'on soit contre l'idée d'évolution musicale, mais pas au sein d'un même groupe… On trouve que la théorie du " le quatrième album c'est toujours le pire " se tient bien… Donc notre pire album ne sera pas le quatrième ! Et puis ce " renouveau du Rock' n Roll " pue de plus en plus fort !
Tchüss ! Basta ! Merci à ceux qui nous ont aidé, aux labels, assos, organisateurs, zines et radio…

Why we stop Gasolheads? because four years, a few singles and three LPs is far enough. We had great fun, we did what we think we had to do. And we don't want to do more anyway. A fourth album would be useless. Fuck, we are not Supertramp!
We don't want to anoy people with new directions or a shitty "evolution", and we think "the fourth album is always the worst" is a good sentence... So, our worst album won't be the fourth ! And this "New Rock'n roll fashion" stinks more and more!
